Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Ghana. However, your order will be processed and shipped from the United States.

When will my products ship?

Merchandise is shipped within 7-10 business days of the order. As soon as your order is processed and shipped we will send you an email with the tracking information.

How much is shipping for my order?

Shipping is $7.95 for orders under $100. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns will be processed for unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date you ship your unused item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once you receive the email confirmation for your return, expect to receive funds back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
